The project consists of getting an accurate floodplain delineation for Stone Creek. This is accomplished through the submission of a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMR) to FEMA and having it adopted, which amends the current regulatory Floodplain Information Rate Map (FIRM). Contract Documents including the Request for Proposals, Consultant Agreement, and Master Agreement are available under the documents page. These documents contain the detailed project scope. This project has many properties that may be affected. Two separate teams will be formed to aid the County in this project, as follows: - Steering Committee: The steering committee consists of a small group of active members that will assist the County in the project. - Stakeholders Group: The stakeholders consist of all parties that are along the current regulatory floodplain, the proposed floodplain, any of the stream channels, and any other member from the public that wishes to participate. See the Stakeholders Group Page for more information.
